WE LOVE TO CATER FOR OUR GUESTS AND FRIENDS 

There are a few reasons why we love to spoil our Guests. Firstly, the wonderful cuisine that is so different but so tasteful from the African soil. We use organic foods and spices from Zanzibar to prepare our food while we are sitting around the fire. You join in the smell and ideas for every meal and can inspect the quality at any time. We make tasteful food and there will be more than enough and with all the leftovers we serve the people from Africa who help and support us. They need food and are very grateful for every piece.

 

Secondly, we want to spare you the following, Plan a menu for 30 days, Buying the meat and groceries. Pack and sort the meals according to the tour itinerary and menu. To save you freezer space and keep the fruit and vegetables cool in another fridge’s. Save you weight on your vehicle and trailer.

 

Thirdly, you don’t have to worry about firewood, LP gas or charcoal for cooking. What about pot’s and BBQ grids and the cleaning and washing of dished and dish cloths. All your fridge must do is to keep your beer, cool drinks and snack cold

 

We want you to enjoy your holiday! We want the women to wait for their food and not to prepare it. At Brunch time you must come and help yourselves with the food we present. There will always be meat, side dishes and a salad. With supper you must bring your beer and cold drinks to the fire and have a nice time while we cook the food under your nose. We talk about the route, sunset and all the nice and outstanding things we had experienced the last few hours and dream about tomorrow.

 

If you look at the photos you can guest who makes the main course and who’s making the salads. But remember --  never! - to trust a lean chef!!!!

Agtergrond: Vir die byna 15 jaar wat ons na Tanzania reis om die Wildbees migrasie te gaan kyk het ons sowat 30,000+  etes voorgesit as Ontbyt, Brunch en Aandetes. Dit is nou 25 Toere met 20 gaste gemid met 2 etes per dag vir 34 dae -  langs die pad of by ons oornag kampplekke voorberei

Oor die jare heen het die mengsel van speserye gewissel maar na so 8 toere het die gaste die mengsel geproe, goedgekeur en nou noem ons dit die

1.        1 x Koppie Sout

2.        1 x Teelepel Fyn Wit Peper

3.        1 x Teelepel Kerrie (Matig en geurige soort)

4.        3 x Eetlepel  Roberstson Baber Q Spice

5.        1 x Eetlepel Knox Chilli  Spice     

6.        1 x Eetlepel Fyn Koljander (Nie heel of gemaal nie!!!!)

7.        1 x Eetlepel Knoffel flokkies (Nie sout nie!!!)

8.        1 x Eetlepel Growe Swart Peper (Nie gemaal of heel nie!!!)

9.        1 x Eetlepel Geel Aroma

10.      1 x Eetlepel Robertson Hoender Spice

Wenke:

 Proe en pas dit aan na jou smaak met meer of minder sout

Jy moet ‘n “shacker” gebruik met groot gate om knoffel en peper deur te laat

Die kerrrie kan na jou smaak wees – sterk/medium/net kerrie of geurige Kerrie

2 Koppies sout is byna te sout en moet liefs begin met 1 koppie sout
